Catherine Hicks is a fourth-year student at the University of St Andrews. Growing up, she spent her summers at sewing camp, where she mastered her seamstress skills. Needlework is always a fun activity, or sew it seams to her!
Hicks Handiwork was first founded as a fundraising initiative for The Lumsden Club, an all-female student charity group at the University of St Andrews. In Spring of 2015, each member was tasked with creating a fundraising enterprise to support Lumsden’s two chosen charities: Fife Women’s Aid, and the Dolam House in Namibia.
